The company's purpose is to carry out, on its own account and on behalf of third parties, all real estate transactions, including the construction, purchase, sale, transformation, renovation, management and promotion of all real estate assets. The company may also engage in all commercial, financial, movable and real estate transactions, provided that the latter are not subject to the LFAIE; establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it; acquire interests in other companies; and, in general, carry out all operations that have a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
