The company aims to rent residential space to adults, who are generally self-employed, within private law tenancy agreements according to Art. 253 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Additionally, the company can provide individually agreed, non-medical support and accompaniment services at the explicit request of individual tenants. These services are exclusively provided within the framework of separate, voluntary contractual relationships according to Art. 394 ff. OR. The support services are limited to organizational, administrative, and daily structuring accompaniment. There is neither an institutional overall responsibility nor an overall coordination of all life areas of the tenants. The company does not provide nursing services within the meaning of the Federal Law on Health Insurance (KVG). It does not employ nursing staff, carry out medical treatments, create nursing documentation, maintain a nursing organization, operate an on-call, emergency, or 24-hour presence system, or conduct stationary admission tests or institutional needs assessments. Medical, therapeutic, or nursing services are exclusively provided by external, legally authorized service providers (particularly Spitex organizations, doctors, or therapeutic professionals), who act in their own professional, organizational, and economic responsibility. There is neither a subordination nor an instruction relationship between the company and such external service providers in the medical field. The tenants independently choose doctors, Spitex organizations, and other service providers. The company does not assume medical control or overall care. The company does not operate a stationary facility within the meaning of cantonal home, nursing, or care legislation. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company can acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It can also provide financing for its own or third-party account and provide securities for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
