The company may also: carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial and industrial operations, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; it being specified that any real estate held within the framework of the aforementioned activities will be exclusively allocated to commercial use.
