CH & PA Achermann Stiftung

The foundation aims to support the wife and descendants of Christian Achermann as beneficiaries in special life situations within the legal framework of Art. 335 of the Swiss Civil Code. The support includes, in particular, care and assistance in cases of illness, disability, and other emergencies; enabling and facilitating study and training purposes in Switzerland and abroad; assumption of education costs not covered by the public; assumption of medical, pharmaceutical, hospital, and care costs that the beneficiaries are unable to cover; and provision of spa and recreational stays. By holding the majority of voting rights (500 voting shares) in Christian Achermann AG, the foundation also ensures the creation and maintenance of housing that can be made available to the beneficiaries in the event of economic hardship at a reduced rent or even free of charge.
