The company's purpose is: a) to operate private or public establishments, such as hotels, cafes, restaurants, bars, dance halls, and other similar establishments, in any form; b) to prepare, deliver and serve meals, on order or not, as well as to organize and coordinate events; c) to provide assistance and consulting services in the hotel and restaurant industry; d) to purchase, sell, import, export, transform and market in general all products, manufactured or not, intended for the hotel, restaurant and personal consumption industries; e) to carry out all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; f) to take part in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as to create branches; g) to grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, to secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as to subscribe to any other financial commitment.
