The company's purpose is: the purchase, sale, rental, brokerage, and management of parking spaces and garages, as well as the benefit of personal servitudes for the use of parking spaces and garages, with the exception of operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also carry out all financial, fiduciary, commercial, or industrial operations, movable and immovable, related to the realization of its purpose.
