The holding, leasing, operation and management of restaurants, hotels, take away (on-site and take-out catering), food trucks and, in general, all public establishments of any kind; the trade and home delivery of all food or non-food products, raw or processed, and all beverages of any kind, alcoholic or non-alcoholic (subject to the possession of any necessary authorizations and patents); the import and export of these products; the organization of excursions, tourist activities, events, seminars and, in general, events of any kind; the purchase, sale, brokerage, management and all other activities related to real estate, in particular in the agricultural sector, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
