The company's purpose is to engage in all real estate activities as well as the acquisition, holding and sale of participations, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
