to represent, promote and defend the interests of trade, industry and services of Switzerland and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Its activities include: the study and discussion of economic and industrial problems with a view to identifying the general interest of the economy of Switzerland and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire; any initiatives and interventions aimed at improving economic conditions, particularly those whose necessity has been demonstrated by the above-mentioned work; the defense, before public authorities and administrations, of the professional, general and individual interests of its members; collaboration with Swiss and Ivorian federal, cantonal and communal authorities to study economic problems and develop treaties, laws and regulations with economic scope; the development of relations with economic groups in Switzerland and Côte d'Ivoire; services to members in the form of information, advice and assistance in economic, commercial and legal matters; conflict resolution in any form through mediation and arbitration; bringing together different business partners and finding new business opportunities; the development and management, for the business world, of economic documentation and the publication of economic works, including an annual report; the organization of assemblies, conferences and seminars with an economic character.
