The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of properties, the acquisition of participations in real estate companies, the acquisition, holding, administration, management and sale of participations, all of this with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also carry out any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. The company may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
