The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration and management of restaurants according to the McDonald's system. Provided that this does not involve any direct or indirect investment in other restaurants and that McDonald's is not directly or indirectly competed with, the company may establish branches in Switzerland and, both in Switzerland and abroad in general, conclude any contract, carry out any transaction, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
