The company has the following purpose: all activities directly or indirectly related to the automotive trade, including the purchase and sale, import, export, distribution and delivery of all new and used vehicles, engines and spare parts useful for the use of vehicles, as well as all products of the industry related thereto; any advisory and service activities in the field of organization, logistics, marketing, administration and management of companies active in the automotive or aviation sector; any services, advice and services to vehicle collectors, in particular in the field of financing, insurance, expertise, purchase and sale of collector vehicles. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may found companies, participate in existing companies on a minority or majority basis or finance them. The company may provide services, grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets. The company is authorized to acquire real estate in Switzerland and abroad, to encumber and sell it, except for the actions prohibited by the LFAIE.
