The foundation aims to support children, education and schools in Switzerland. In particular, the Rudolf Steiner School, Schafisheim, Margrit Fuchs, Windisch and two other institutions to be determined by the foundation board. The beneficiaries have no legal claim to the foundation's assets. Donations within the framework of the foundation's purpose are determined exclusively by the foundation board. The foundation board is authorized to issue foundation regulations. As long as no regulations exist, the foundation board decides on the allocation of foundation benefits within the framework of the foundation's purpose in accordance with its dutiful discretion.
