The company's purpose is to carry out all mobile and immovable property transactions, in particular the construction of all buildings in its own name or on behalf of third parties, the purchase and sale of buildings, real estate promotion, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire or establish companies pursuing an identical or similar social purpose. It may carry out all commercial, financial or industrial transactions, movable or immovable, and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
