The company's purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a) to operate an architectural office and perform all architectural design and construction supervision work; b) to carry out construction, conversion, and renovation work on buildings, in particular as a general contractor; c) to perform all property management, expert, and valuation mandates, as well as condominium administration; d) all real estate brokerage activities, as well as the purchase, sale, promotion, and development of properties and all real estate rights. As a secondary purpose, the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable, and immovable transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities, and establish branches or subsidiaries.
