The Association aims to develop, produce, co-produce, create, and distribute audiovisual and cinematic works, particularly animated films, without exclusivity of format. It is intended to act as a production company for artistic, cultural, institutional, or educational projects, with particular attention paid to artistic quality and innovation in form. In this context, the Association can, among other things, ensure the distribution, dissemination, and, if necessary, the sale of the works it produces, on any medium and at any time, as well as their derivatives. It can also organize workshops, screenings, public presentations, and promotional or cultural mediation activities. It also develops theater improvisation projects and artistic installations, in connection with its creative activities. It can also develop tools and software related to its audiovisual activities. To achieve its purpose, the Association can enter into any contract and carry out any useful operation, including financial operations related to its activity. It can collaborate with other organizations in Switzerland and abroad, participate in projects pursuing similar purposes, acquire, manage, or transfer rights, assets, and equipment useful to its activities, and open branches, places of activity, or representations. The Association is non-profit. It can carry out ancillary economic activities to the extent that they directly serve its purpose.
