The company's purpose is all real estate operations in Switzerland and abroad, including the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, brokerage, management, and operation of all real estate, as well as all services and advice in the real estate field, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may, as a secondary purpose: participate in all enterprises and carry out all movable, immovable, financial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this favors its interests; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
