The company may carry out all operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, and in particular: acquire, sell, lease or operate tangible and intangible property, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), invest in other similar companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
