To support elderly pet owners in financial difficulties to keep their pets, to take care of pets whose owners are hospitalized, placed in a nursing home or have passed away. To this end, the foundation may collaborate with host families who will care for orphaned animals, for which food and veterinary care will be financed by the foundation. Additionally, it will be advised by a reference veterinarian. It may acquire or dispose of real estate. The foundation is of public utility; it does not pursue any profit or commercial purpose. The profit and capital are irrevocably and exclusively dedicated to the purpose of the foundation. The foundation is independent and neutral in every respect. It does not serve, directly or indirectly, any private or public interest, in particular from an ideological, political, religious or economic point of view.
