The company may also provide advice on the management and sale of real estate, research and monitoring of investment projects, advice on capital placement, advice on portfolio management, execution of mandates in the administration of private assets and financing of all types. It may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose and take an interest in all similar companies in any form. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
