The purpose of the association is to conceive, organize, promote, and execute curated professional, leadership, and networking experiences, including but not limited to peer circles, executive breakfasts, dinners, workshops, retreats, conferences, and other event formats. The association also offers consulting, moderation, and coaching services in the areas of leadership, strategy, personal development, community building, and career advancement. Furthermore, the association develops and operates community-based initiatives aimed at promoting professional exchange, empowerment, and inclusion, particularly for women in the field of life sciences, including the EmpowHer Life Sciences initiative. Such initiatives can be carried out on a non-profit basis, on a cost-covering basis, or sponsored, and may include events, programs, partnerships, and content creation. In addition, the association can develop, manage, and market intellectual property, digital content, programs, platforms, and brands related to its purpose. The association may also invest in other companies of any kind, both domestically and abroad, establish, acquire, and merge with them. It can acquire, encumber, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights both domestically and abroad, and by resolution of the management, establish branches and agencies both domestically and abroad. The association may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the purpose of the association. Furthermore, the association may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company, all other affiliated companies, or third parties, and provide securities of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies or third parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the association's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not.
