The company provides consulting and related services for the purchase and sale of businesses, brands, patents, industrial property rights, technical know-how, land and buildings, as well as the construction of real estate. Furthermore, it may carry out market analysis activities for the launch of products, for the location of new production, commercial and service facilities, including consulting activities for business start-ups, the establishment of production, commercial and service activities. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate, commercial or other companies. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without a LAFE approval procedure) if the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE.
