The purchase and sale, both retail and wholesale, of windows, doors and frames of all kinds, including related accessories, as well as their installation and assembly, the execution of carpentry work in general, and the management of artisanal laboratories and sales outlets in the aforementioned operational sectors. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate, commercial or other companies with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE.
