The sole purpose of the company falling under the categories 'other traditional and alternative investment funds' is the management of its assets or compartments in the form of collective capital investments in accordance with the LPCC and its ordinances. It is intended for qualified investors within the meaning of Article 10, paragraphs 3 and 3ter LPCC. 2. Clanagabeto SICAV (hereinafter the Company) invests its assets, inter alia, in: a. Sight and term deposits with a maturity of up to twelve months; b. Money market instruments; c. Precious metals; d. Securities (including equity and debt securities); e. Units of collective investment schemes; f. Derivative financial instruments; g. Structured products; h. Alternative investments, such as private equity and hedge funds; i. Listed or unlisted debt securities. 3. The Company may, within the limits set by law, take all measures and carry out all operations that it deems relevant and appropriate to achieve its purpose.
