All commercial activities related to the nautical sector, in particular the purchase/sale of boats and spare parts, maintenance, repair of boats, boat rental with skipper, water sports with skipper, commercial operation of boats at the quay, moored or in open water for food and beverage sales activities, private boat club for its members, events, advertising, competitions, cruises and others for private clients, companies, international organizations, foundations and public/semi-public institutions in Switzerland and abroad. These commercial activities may be carried out in its own name or as an intermediary (agent, broker). Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
