The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees to its shareholders or to third parties. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may perform all commercial, financial, securities, or real estate operations, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad and take stakes in companies with a similar purpose.
