The purpose of the company is: a) any service and consulting activity in the medical field, in particular the operation and promotion of medical centers; b) the provision of care, treatment and all other services such as rehabilitation and re-education in physiotherapy and sports medicine; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties.
