The company also aims to acquire, develop, grant and exploit trademarks and licenses or know-how of any kind. The company may carry out, both in Switzerland and abroad, all commercial, industrial and real estate operations, within the limits imposed by the current legislation (funds for business establishments, art. 2 para. 2 letter a LAFE), deemed necessary or merely opportune for the achievement of the company's purpose, including participation in other companies and the establishment of branches.
