The company may engage in any activity closely or remotely related to agricultural and viticultural operation, including import, export and trade, soilless cultivation, market gardening, retail and wholesale trade of its production or that of any other origin. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties. The company has the status of personal operator and exercises its purpose in accordance with the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights of October 4, 1991 (LDFR).
