The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of participations in the Cloud Software Group, to exploit intellectual property rights related to computer technology, to provide services and trade products of any kind in the field of information technology, to manage group companies and to carry out financing activities in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide security of any kind for liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not, and it may enter into cash pooling agreements with other group companies.
