As part of its activities, the company will facilitate access to sports for children and young people who do not have the necessary environment for this purpose, and support the development of their potential and training. It will also support young people with high potential in the field of sports. The company may, in particular, in Switzerland and/or abroad: carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding real estate operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to partners, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or third parties, if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies of which it is a part.
