The association aims to collect historical documents concerning grand and palace hotels as well as hotel marketing. It operates on a non-profit basis. It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into any transactions and conclude any contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the association or are directly or indirectly related thereto. It can acquire, manage, encumber, and dispose of real estate, intellectual property rights, and licenses of all kinds.
