The company pursues the following objectives: the operation of a general construction business, active in particular in excavation, masonry, civil engineering, metal construction, carpentry, joinery, sanitary and heating installations, high and low voltage electrical installations, floor coverings, plastering, painting and outdoor facilities; the operation of a real estate business active in the field of buying, selling, renting and managing real estate, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also: create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it; grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge these assets to secure any claim.
