The company's purpose is: all services in the field of renewable energies, in particular aggregation, certification, enhancement, and transfer of attributes related to electricity, assistance in the conclusion of short or long-term contracts, as well as the development, operation, and management of digital and contractual intermediation solutions between producers and consumers of renewable energies; all operational, financial, technical advisory services, and data management in the aforementioned fields, including strategic support, introduction, and assistance to institutional and private investors in the context of energy projects, as well as the operation of marketplaces, platforms, and related portals; all services related to sustainability, carbon footprint reduction, and energy transition strategies. The company acts exclusively as an intermediary, agent, or platform operator and excludes any activities of distribution or financial intermediation within the meaning of the Federal Law on Financial Services (LSFin) as well as any activities of regulated electricity supplier, transport or distribution network operator. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and participate, in any form, in any similar enterprises, notably by taking stakes in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
