The purpose of the association is to cultivate the appreciation of the fine arts, to increase public understanding of artistic creation and to promote the efforts of the artistic community. The Association strives to achieve this purpose in particular by managing one or more art centers; organizing exhibitions; organizing artistic events, visits to exhibitions, excursions, conferences and social events; accumulating and maintaining an art collection and a library. Through the organization of courses, the assignment of internships and scholarships, the organization of workshops, exhibitions, conferences and competitions, the association also promotes exchange with other associations, institutions and organizations, contributing to the idea of networking. In addition to the activities provided for in the statutes, the association will also provide assistance, advice, services and various forms of support. Furthermore, the association may establish foundations and invest in corporate companies that promote or support the association's objectives and purposes. Moreover, the association may acquire or rent real estate to promote or support the association's objectives and purposes. The association is also active at national and international level and collaborates with natural and legal persons of public and private law.
