to provide all advisory and service activities in the field of family and corporate office, asset and company management, capital placement; to offer all global services of a strategic, operational, economic or other nature; selection, supervision and coordination of wealth management institutions in Switzerland and abroad, monitoring of investments in general, asset analyses and balances, asset allocation, financial, patrimonial and corporate engineering and all related services; to hold and exploit all intellectual property rights such as, but not exclusively, patents, licenses, copyrights; to participate in other companies and create branches in Switzerland and abroad; acquisition, possession, exploitation, rental and sale of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE (cf. statutes for full purpose).
