The company is authorized to carry out all activities that are suitable to promote its purpose. In particular, it may also acquire, hold or exploit real estate and intellectual property rights. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in or acquire other companies in Switzerland and abroad, or establish new ones.
