The company's purpose is to hold and manage company shares, to broker investments and to provide advice on financing transactions of all kinds, which are offered directly or indirectly in the form of direct investments or through fund-like structures. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in other domestic and foreign companies. It may also acquire, mortgage, manage and sell real estate. The company has no connection and does not intend to engage in any activities for or in connection with the International Olive Council/Conseil Oléicole International (IOC/COI).
