The company's purpose is: - the operation of a real estate agency, namely in particular research, analysis, valuation, appraisal of real estate, signing of sales and search mandates, brokerage, advertising-communication services with drone rental; - the operation of a real estate management company, namely in particular property management and management of PPE, the renovation of residential, commercial or office buildings, the maintenance of real estate and emergency interventions; - the concierge service for platforms of the type AirBnB; - the purchase and sale of real estate solely relating to buildings with exclusively commercial use under the LFAIE; - consulting and brokerage in the field of mortgage financing, investments and real estate advice; - the management of construction sites, the coordination of trades and the monitoring of execution; - the moving service with truck rental.
