The purpose of the Company is the execution of painting, varnishing, signage and sign-making works; of silicone coating, thermal insulation, wall cladding, repair and renovation works on buildings, as well as their cleaning and maintenance. The company may undertake and subcontract to third parties civil, industrial and commercial construction works in all materials related to construction. Furthermore, it may carry out the promotion and marketing, management, representation and brokerage of goods and services, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may assume representations, participate in other companies, create branches and subsidiaries anywhere and carry out any commercial and financial operation related to the company's purpose.
