The company's purpose is to provide services of all kinds, trade in and develop goods of all kinds in the field of telecommunications and electronic data transmission. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct and indirect shareholders or companies in which these are directly or indirectly involved, either by way of loans or other financing or by providing securities and guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not. The company may also enter into cash pooling agreements with other group companies.
