The company may, in Switzerland or abroad: participate in other companies; engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
