The operation, or delegation of operation, of an electric railway from Territet to Mont-Fleuri, for which the concession was granted by the Federal Assembly on June 19, 1903; the establishment and operation, or delegation of operation, of all railway or tramway lines for which the Company obtains a concession or which it adds to its network through merger, purchase or lease; the creation and operation, or delegation of operation, of installations, establishments and transport services in correlation with the traffic of the lines operated by the Company; possibly, operation, or delegation of operation, of hotels (for complete purpose see articles of association).
