The company may carry out any financial, commercial or industrial operation related to its purpose or likely to promote it. It may also establish branches/subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. The company may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, in particular affiliated companies, if this promotes its interests, all within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners (LFAIE).
