The company's purpose is to acquire interests in any companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches, - in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
