The company's purpose is to engage in all consulting and strategy activities related to real estate investments, as well as all related mandates in financial, commercial, legal, and technical matters; all activities of a general enterprise, in particular the management and supervision of construction and renovation projects. With regard to all activities of a general enterprise, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial assignment, in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE). The company also has the purpose of engaging in all consulting and strategy activities in the financial and investment fields. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may, in any form, participate in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
