The promotion of peace, social development and human rights, particularly on the African continent, through a culture of dialogue and tolerance. The Foundation aims, among other things, to: Implement development programs and support initiatives to promote knowledge and access to education among the affected populations. Combat extremist and violent ideologies and social or religious intolerance through peaceful means. Establish an inclusive and constructive dialogue that integrates mediation, consultation, and arbitration necessary to promote peace and sustainability. Raise awareness and sensitize young people to preserve them from extremism. Promote the principle of openness, dialogue, and participation in active life among young people (boys and girls) and women. Train religious, governmental, and civil society leaders. Promote women's participation in active life to guarantee their autonomy. The Foundation is non-profit. Its sole purpose is to serve the public interest and specific needs in the field of promoting peace, human rights, intercultural and interfaith dialogue, particularly on the African continent. In the course of its activities, the Foundation acts with the strictest independence. It will develop links and partnerships with any governmental or non-governmental organization, as well as with the private sector, to promote its actions. The Founder expressly reserves the right to modify the purpose in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
