To purchase, sell, own, hold, exploit and grant patents, supplementary certificates, licenses, sub-licenses, industrial processes, designs, models and trademarks; to acquire interests in a company outside of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; to provide consulting services in these areas; Study, manufacture, trade, negotiation, repair, maintenance and rental of industrial machines and tools, agricultural instruments, public works equipment and all equipment and parts or materials used for the construction, assembly and manufacture of these; trade, import and export of products of all kinds. The company may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in identical or similar companies and carry out any other activity useful to the purpose of the company. Furthermore, the company may acquire, build, encumber, hold, manage and sell real estate. The Company may at any time modify the purpose of the Company by a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, which requires at least two-thirds of the votes represented and the absolute majority of the nominal value of the shares represented, and by amending the statutes accordingly.
