Providing expert advice to individuals, organizations, and governments on issues of international humanitarian law, human rights, and international criminal law; conducting legal research and analysis to develop innovative approaches using the frameworks of international humanitarian law and international criminal law to ensure the protection and accountability of individuals before, during, and after armed conflicts and humanitarian crises; conducting evaluations of international programs and projects to identify areas, within specific situations, to ensure that humanitarian aid and assistance reach vulnerable and underserved populations; drafting policies and protocols to ensure protection, including civilians in armed conflicts, with a particular focus on the inclusion of persons with disabilities; the society may take and manage shares in any other company and carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial and financial operations, directly or indirectly related to its social purpose.
