The purpose of the company is to provide financial services in the field of collective asset management below the de minimis threshold of Article 24, paragraph 2 of the Swiss Financial Institutions Act ("FINIG") as well as to offer financial instruments (notably foreign collective investment schemes) within the meaning of Article 19, paragraph 3, letter c FINIG for institutional and professional clients with a (residential) seat in Switzerland or abroad. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
